It’s time for Back to School and finding a good program for your little one can be hard to find. Meet
Michele and Priya, the directors of The Learning Experience in Fairfield. While The Learning Experience
in Fairfield has been open for about a year now, they have been passionate about making a difference in
the lives of their little learners and the community in which they serve. Their proprietary L.E.A.P
(Learning Experience Academic Program) curriculum encourages children to learn in their favorite way:
by exploring and doing. They achieve success independently while developing intellectually, socially, and
cognitively through varied early educational materials, activities, and social interactions.
Michele and Priya have worked with children for over 20 years now. They absolutely love every second
of it and make it a mission to provide quality childcare for every child who walks through the door. They
enjoy creating relationships with their families and enjoy being able to get to know the diverse families
