Meet Jessica, the sleep coach just for toddlers & preschoolers! She’s the founder of @awesomelittlesleepers and a new resident of Southport.

When her 3 year old daughter suddenly started refusing to go to bed and waking up multiple times a night, Jessica was going crazy trying to figure out how to get her sleep back on track. She could find lots of advice for babies but nothing for her *very* opinionated, stubborn 3 year old who wasn’t confined to a crib anymore.

Jessica learned everything she could about toddler development and behavior and then got certified as a pediatric sleep coach. She's spent the last 7 years perfecting her proven REST Method™which helps parents turn their big kids into awesome little independent sleepers.

She's successfully helped thousands of parents with even the most strong-willed kids get them to bed happily before 8pm and sleeping soundly 10 - 12 hours through the night with no wake ups.

She lives in Southport with her husband, Ryan, and their two daughters - Layne (12) and Kenley (10).

@laylas_falafel has been bringing authentic Middle  Eastern  food to Fairfield County  since 2000, when Layla & her husband Dino opened their first location in Fairfield.

Layla is a mother of 4, Samantha, John Paul, Nicole and Anthony. She is also the  heart and soul behind everything in the business. Layla’s Falafel started by accident. She had no intention of opening a restaurant and was just enjoying sharing her culture and family recipes after immigrating here from Lebanon with guests in her franchise restaurant. When guests caught on to how delicious her food was they requested she open a Middle Eastern Restaurant & the rest is history!

Layla’s has been family run and operated by Layla, Dino and two of their children Samantha and JP. They have 3 restaurants locations in Fairfield, Westport and Stamford & a catering kitchen that focuses on private and corporate catering.

They have fun sharing their culture and pouring their  hearts into making everything from scratch using only high-quality ingredients.
