Hallelujah – it is time to have restaurants open for in-person dining, at least on their patios. And with the warm weather finally here, we can definitely look forward to this! We spoke to restaurants in the area with outdoor seating who plan on opening on May 20th and here are their guidelines.
They will be separating tables to be 6ft away and a first come first serve basis. The staff will be wearing masks and gloves and their temperatures will be taken upon arriving to the shifts. Restaurants don’t plan on taking the customers temps as we should know better before going out if we don’t feel good!
Local restaurants are still planning on doing curbside pickup, whether they have patios to open or not! Please be respectful to all restaurants who are opening up their patios, as this is a new way of working for them under new State protocols.
