My idea of home schooling is baking and cooking! This kept us busy for a good hour!


Paleo Banana Bread



-2 eggs
-2 Very ripe bananas
-1/4 Cup of honey
-1 tsp of lemon juice
-3 cups of almond flour
-1 tsp of baking soda
-1/8 tsp of sea salt
-1/2 cup of walnuts or chocolate chips

Mix all the ingredients together
Bake for 35 minutes on 325 degrees
Makes one loaf


Chia Seed Pudding

we doubled this recipe to make enough for 4

1 cup of milk of choice, we used almond milk
1/4 cup chia seeds
2 tbsp of maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract


Mix all the ingredients together
Set for 15 minutes then stir again
Place jars in the frig and enjoy in the morning!

Adding fresh fruit in the morning to it!
