Thomas Bepko is a devoted husband, father, and entrepreneur who knows that integrity, intelligence, and hard work are the keys to success in life and business. Where are you originally from and how long have you been in Fairfield?
I was born in DC, but my parents are both Bridgeport/Fairfield natives. I spent most of my school years in Fairfield before moving to the west coast in my 20’s. I returned to Fairfield in 2011 as it has always felt like home. I couldn’t be more thrilled to have met my wife here and have the ability to raise my two boys in the town I grew up in and I am extremely grateful for that.
Tell us about your Family!
I have been married to my beautiful wife Lila for 6 years. I am father to Daniel, age 11 and Cole, age 5. They each bring me so much joy, however our family was not complete until we brought home Bailey.
Bailey is a red lab who just turned a year old and we can’t imagine our lives without her.
One thing people would be surprised to know about you?
The reason why I know the neighborhoods of Fairfield so well was because I was a “Pizza Works” delivery driver when I was 16. I also can also spin and make a killer pizza.
One thing you wish someone would have told you about fatherhood?
The feeling of being a father is the biggest flex, no one told me how much I would look at life differently after becoming a dad. I love in a way I didn’t know I was capable of.
What’s your favorite thing about raising a family in Fairfield?
There is a nostalgia that I feel from my own youth when bringing my boys to school and the baseball and football. It makes me feel proud of my own journey and the ability to provide a life for them based on fond memories I had growing up.
Best DAD hack that makes your life easier?
Get up early and get my own time.
It’s important to have a balance. If you are healthy in body and mind, it plays a positive influence on the way I show up as a father. No matter what is going on, take advantage of the day and do the things that are important to you.

Best advice for Dads who experience the inevitable DAD GUILT handling a career and raising a family?
Happy wife, happy life. I am willing to do anything to ensure my wife and kids are happy.
What advice would you share with a new Dad or other Dad?
I struggled with the balance of being present even in the infancy stage. This is something that is extremely important to work on for your family.
