Holistic Healing Manual Therapy specializes in assessing and treating individuals utilizing a holistic
approach. I am a registered Occupational therapist with nearly 15 years of experience in the field. I
utilize a MOBILE practice model which means I come to you and treat you in the comfort of your own
home! I travel throughout Fairfield and New Haven counties. I treat individuals in all age ranges but
specialize in adults and geriatric populations. I believe in forming a partnership with my clients and
empowering them to be active members in their health and wellness.
I focus on using myofascial release to address individuals needs throughout the body. This hands-on
approach is gentle in nature and is easily tolerated by individuals with hypersensitivity. Myofascial
release can be applied from head to toe for a variety of conditions such as cervical and low back pain,
movement restrictions, post-surgery management, headaches, plantar fasciitis, TMJ, and pelvic floor
dysfunction to name a few. I have further specialized training in treating persons effected by Parkinson’s
disease and Stroke to address their needs for tone management, balance, and coordination.
My goal is to help my clients improve their quality of life and partake in all activities they desire to best
