Where are you originally from and how long have you been in Fairfield?
I was born and raised in Trumbull CT and still live there today, but over the years.. somehow spent a lot of time, good time, in Fairfield!

My wife Kristi, 16 yo daughter Emma, and 14 yo son Parker.
One thing people would be surprised to know about you?
You can always find some good Salsa on my playlist.
One thing you wish someone would have told you about fatherhood?
Your kids are watching your every move! They soak everything up like a sponge even if they pretend not to.
What’s your favorite thing about raising a family in Trumbull?
Having my business in town, my family and I spend a lot of time in Fairfield. Most of it is spent with me driving my kids around and showing them places I used to go to. Basketball at Wakemans in Southport! Remember Deja Vu during high school back in the 90’s? AL’s place? Skybox and Bravo!? Can’t forget Rory’s. A lot of good memories in the town.

Tell us about your job, when & why you decided to start in this field?
Gameday Men’s Health, Fairfield. I’ve always lived a very active lifestyle whether with work, sports, or fitness and will continue to do so moving forward. We all hear too many times that ‘things will change, especially when you get older.’ I disagree. I started researching everything about men’s wellness which led me to Gameday and the science behind hormone balancing and optimization. I needed to get this in front of every guy!
What do you love about your job? Challenges you face?
We have clients from 25 yo to 80 yo. These guys all came in because they wanted to feel better, their best. They didn’t want to accept or normalize symptoms they have and found a health and wellness clinic specializing in Men’s Health and wellness. When guys come in, have a consultation with our medical professionals, and start therapies tailored to their goals, it’s satisfying for all of us! Having clients come back for their follow-ups and thanking us for changing their lives really feels good.
Our biggest challenges are getting men informed. There is a big stigma established when it comes to hormone therapy. We are there to provide as much real information as possible to help all men understand that testosterone does not mean arnold schwarzenegger and peptide therapy doesnt mean barry bonds or mark mcgwire.
If you weren’t working in this industry, what do you think you would be doing today?
I also currently own a few restaurants in Shelton, CT. Parker. Eatery & Bar, Parker Pizza, and Fatty Patty are all located at 762 River Rd. I’ve been in the restaurant business for a long time with past locations in Trumbull and Westport. I’m pretty sure if I wasn’t involved with Gameday, it would be another day at the restaurants!
Best advice for dads who experience the inevitable guilt handling a career and helping support a family?
Your family is a team. Even though they will want you around at all times, they do understand what you do and why you do it.
Who has most influenced you to be the father that you are today?
Such a long list of names, from my own father, old bosses, old friends and current ones. I’ve taken bits and pieces from so many over the years. You see it all and learn from them all.. some what to do and most what not to!
What advice would you share with a new dad or other dads?
Be present during the time you have to spend with your kids
